Bengaluru cuisine is famous for its diversity, richness and unique blend of flavors. The metropolis is famous for its authentic South Indian dishes like idlis, dosas and vadas. Not to mention the delicious chutneys and sambar served with it. Recently, the British High Commissioner to India, Alex Ellis, was also seen enjoying a plate of dosa with sambar and chutney. Well, this isn’t the first time Ellis has shared a glimpse of her foodie adventures in India. Earlier, in January, he was seen trying Mumbai’s famous snacks at a roadside stall.
